It has come to our attention that there have been fraudulent posts on the Craig’s List website pertaining to the listing for the property at 2648 Buck Lane. The person responsible for the advertisement, who is in no way affiliated with Cypress Residential Group, has taken pictures and other information from the listing and portrayed the property as a rental, which is completely false. The ad asks for correspondence through email, saying that he/she is out of town on business and that interested parties should send them a rent deposit. They are also suggesting that you drive by the property to look at it. However, upon doing so, you will find a Cypress Residential Group sign posted in front of the home indicating that the property is indeed for sale. DO NOT SEND THIS PERSON ANY MONEY. Please disregard any listings suggesting the home is for rent. This is an exclusive listing, so any correspondence should be with none other than Nick Ratliff, the listing agent.
